Good morning friends!

It sounds like everyone is glad it's Friday--me too. I am going to run errands today and knit with my friends. Kay is taking a child we consider a "grandchild" to the Lippanzer Stallions tonight--not me! I'm so not a horse person! I'm more than happy to stay home.

Yes, we watched ER last night. Since it's the last season, they'll be killing off the cast on a regular basis I guess.

Good morning Paul and the rest of my IL family, Paul I hope the scales moves for you this next week, maybe you are losing inches right now, I know when the scales does not move for me the inches are coming off.
For me today I have a Dr. appt with my foot Dr. I am hoping that I will be getting the boot off today My foot is doing alot better but their is still alot of swelling, I can get it into a shoe so that is a good thing,
I will be going to see Jim for lunch today and doing some laundry as well
Looking forward to Dawn's party tomorrow .

Good Friday Morning Paul and Illinois Friends!

I am glad it is almost the weekend! I am looking forward to getting some things done around the house this weekend.

Today is my birthday and I have been in a very reflective mood this morning thinking about how much my life has changed in the past year. I never imagined how far I would come in one year! I hope that next year at this time I will be at my goal. That would be awesome.
