the real trick is finding a doctor who is willing to do the surgery and all the followup that is required for the slim amount of reimbursement medicaid pays out.

that is a website for the locator for centers of excellence - now all you have to do is call all the drs and ask if they accept medicaid

If you have both Medicaid with Medicare Part A&B primary, you can find a center of excellence by visiting the medicare website. Just understand that Medicare Part B covers your surgeon at 80%, and if they are not accepting medicaid as your secondary, you will be required to pay that additional 20%. It is my understanding that runs anywhere from $500-$700, but don't quote me on that since different surgeons have different fees.
