Thursday Roll Call

For me today going to Max's for

Well that is it for me hope everyone has a good day, I am loving the sun,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Glad you and Lucy enjoyed the cruise and that you lost 5 pounds! I'm struggling right now. I go for a fill tomorrow and am hoping it brings my restriction back. I've lost only 1 pounds since my last fill six weeks ago...

This week-end we must attend a memorial service for my uncle. That is my only plan so far, but after last week-end I guess we could just relax.
Hope you all enjoy the warmth today! Have a great day!
Not too much to report. Just trying to get thru the work week.
Congrats on the weight loss Pam.
Janet - I feel your pain with the foot surgery. I was off work from the end of November until the end of January in a cast up to my knee. And they want to do the other foot now but I'm putting it off.
Hope everyone has a great day!

You are just shrinking away. Good for you!!!! I know how hard it is to get back in the swing of things after vacation. Hang in there, you will be "back to the grind" before you know it.
I am working today while my husband goes into watch the Cubs from the bleachers with 3 of his buddies. It will be a great day for a ball game, that is for sure.
Since he will be away, I have to get back to Rock City ASAP after work, pick up David from football, run him home for a shower, run back to school to see Liv's volleyball game, then back home to feed them and take David into the next town for Boy Scouts by 7. THAT will keep me busy enough for one night. Hopefully, David can catch a ride home after Scouts.
This weekend is also going to be very busy. The boys are going to Starved Rock for Saturday and Sunday. I am taking Liv and my grandson to a "Stampin' Up" party on Saturday morning, out to lunch for his birthday, then Liv has play rehearsal in the afternoon. We are thinking of going to Monroe for Cheese Days Saturday evening, then she wants to work at the museum on Sunday. I need to come to work to rest!!!!
I wish everyone a wonderful day!
I am fighting with low blood sugars again. I have not felt like doing much of anything. I go to the doc on Wednesday. Let's hope he does something for me.
I am hoping to have a yard sale this weekend if I can get the help from my family since I can't do it myself.
Have a great day,
Tina
Good almost early afternoon. Been busy at home getting the house in order for when we have some friends come to stay with us in early Oct. Just general straightening up. We also have the friend coming over on Saturday with her new baby. The former co-worker that we could not see in Loves Park when coming back from the Dells.
We have Oktoberfest in Itasca this Friday and Saturday. If anyone is interested in coming - it is on Friday from 5pm-11pm and Saturday from 3pm to midnight. Here is the link to the village's web site with the info. http://il-itasca.civicplus.com/index.asp?NID=499 oh-by the way when you go on this web site you will see a picture of our special event Subaru squad car - I took the picture (you have to let the site cycle through the pictures). The location of the event is in downtown Itasca just north of the Metra station.

Good Morning/Afternoon fellow Illinois peops.
Let's see. Nothing new with me except I start my liquid diet on Monday. I may even venture to start it on Sunday but we will see. 19 days until my life changing best decision I have ever made in my life surgery! Am I nervous? Nope! Not one bit actually. I am very excited and have a calm about myself. I am going to do fantastic!
Other than that slow day at work. Last night I finally finished journaling for my scrapbook. I am a new scrapbooker. So I threw my pages together withouth journaling then another scrapper said if you would joutnal then you wouldn't need to tell me the story. Duh! So I finished typing that up & printed it last night. I have an all day scrap I am going to on Saturday....this is only my 2nd one. So I plan to finish up the pages by adding my journaling in. It may actually take me all day cuz I still need to embellish them. I enjoy this is my down time. My son really sucks alot of my energy as he is on the autistic spectrum and I have developed this hobby & love every single minute of it!
Other than that nothing else. Just getting ready for liquid diet faze. I need to go to the store and pickup some SF jello. I'm honestly not even a big jello fan. Have a GREAT DAY!!!
