Good Morning Illinois
Trying to get back in the swing of things, and staying up during the night is quite difficult these last few days.
I ended up loosing 5 pounds after the cruise I was on....I knew I lost but I didn't expect it to be that much.  So I am thrilled about that!
What has everyone have on there list to do this weekend?  I know it will be nice out so it might be one of the few good weekend left to play!
All of you have a good day and don't work too hard!
Hugs Pam

Good morning Pam and Illinois friends!

It is almost the weekend.     Just have to get through 2 more hectic days at work.  I have to teach a class Saturday morning but that is a fun thing for me to do and the pay is good.

Not much going on here today.  Just trying to wake up before I get ready for work.  I need to start going to bed earlier as I sure could sleep later in the mornings!

Have a great day.

Hello everyone

I'm sitting here at work wondering why I can't win the lottery.  Any way, I have nothing much to do this weekend but a few errands.  I will relax on Sunday.  It seems like ever since I got sick last month I just have no energy.  I'm so tired all of the time.  I'm taking vitamins, but they don't help much.

A Fruitful Yield Store opened up in Oswego.  My BFF and I went to see what its all about.  To be honest it is a nice store but a lot of the items I buy on  regular basis are much cheaper at Trader Joes.  So I won't be shopping there much.

Pam-  great job on the 5 lbs.

Well have a nice day.

Good morning Pam. Congrats on the 5 pound loss!

I'm finally at the end of the cold I got. So it's time to gear up and get back on track. I've got an appointment to see my surgeon next Friday. I haven't weighed myself for a couple of weeks. I plan on going to weigh****chers tomorrow, so I will see the damage! We also have our ABMC support meeting with Dr. Crane tomorrow, so I will be going there as well.

I'm going to my sister's house for the rest of Saturday. Sunday is wide open. I still have a lot of things to put away from the cruise, including the suitcase. Once I get going, there's no stopping me.

It is difficult to readjust your sleeping hours. Hope it works out for you soon.

Again, congrats on the weight loss. You are indeed a skinny minny!

PS. Chantrix is still on the market. I saw a commercial on TV for it.

Hugs,
Lucy

Good morning Pam and friends!

It was good to see you at support group--you are looking great! Good article in your newspaper today about my boss at the med school!

A quiet weekend is in store, but then all of our weekends are fairly quiet. I can get exhausted reading what some of you do each weekend! LOL! Knitting is in my plans--wahoo! I got some sock yarn for my daughter and some for Kay, I've made two pair for me. Socks are kind of mindless knitting now that I've got the pattern down.

I did talk to my son yesterday and they got through the hurricane with minimal damage and are even back home with electricity. His inlaws, though, still have their street blocked off and can't even get in to see what the damage is. They are away on vacation and decided to stay away since they can't do anything yet anyway. Neither my son nor his wife are back at work yet, though. Thanks for all the prayers and good energy--they were really appreciated.

Good Morning Pam and all of the Illinois group. Thats great that you lost weight on your cruise. It all adds up in the end.

Lucy, you will get everything back to normal.

Monica, you will have a good job shortly.

Nancy, It took me 1/2 hour getting in to LaSalle yesterday, from the LaSalle / peru exit on I 39 to Rt 80. I came home using ! 80 and Rt 23.

I am off to work, it should  be slow today (hoping). 1 more day until the weekend.

Good Morning Everyone!
Today is a busy day for us. I have one of my day care kids that I lost back today, which I am excited about. It's only for the day, but I have missed her. After all the kiddos are gone, I have to take the older boys for their soccer pictures, then I need to go shopping for the wedding we are going to tomorrow night! (Talk about a slacker! lol)
My youngest was supposed to be starting school today, but they called me yesterday, and his service coordinator still has not sent in his paperwork, so unless they get it today, he will not be going. I just wish they were on top of things, they put in the recommendation for the school back in the beginning of the year! Oh well.....

Hope everyone has a great day!

Pam, you are my hero for losing weight on a cruise!! LOL  congrats!

Good Morning my Il family!

It's Thursday yay!  Tyler's football game was finally yesterday and while they lost, the other mom's and I  had a good time! lol  Though I have to tell you that the parents from the opposite team were VERY rude and inconsiderate.  I actually opened my mouth and said something to one of them as well. (something I never would have done 80 lbs ago!)  They were from Naperville Central and acted as if they were doing us a favor coming to an Aurora school.  Very snobby.
Today I will be cleaning out all of the garbage that has been waiting for Sept 19th, the big garbage day here in North Aurora and then running to the post office.  Tonight is Austyn's open house, hopefully I will make it home from picking Tyler and Jacob up from their respective schools.  If not, Mike will be there.
This weekend is another football game on Saturday and then nothing else planned...yay!
Have a great day everyone!!

Monica
