Hey, I made the ricotta fluff this morning, yummmo (nod to Rachel Ray) any way, I used the cheesecake SF pudding, but has anyone tried the different flavors of pudding, I was contemplating using the Lemon SF Pudding?

Plus, I got up early this morning and put a roast in the crock pot.  Since I'm not allowed carbs, instead of potatoes, I put in frozed cauliflower, has anyone else tried this.  I figured if you can cook cauliflower and ma**** like potatoes it should work, i put carrots in to yumm

Large container of ricotta cheese
1 box of cheesecake SF pudding
a dollop or two of sour cream
and a little bit of milk to fluff it up

BTW  You can use other flavors of pudding, I am going to try the Lemon next week

The cauliflower should work just fine, but I don't think I would put it in at the beginning of cooking.  It may cook away to nothing.

I am not sure which recipe for ricotta fluff you are referring to, could you post it?

Big box (8 servings)  or little box (4 servings) of pudding?
