Did You Move To Lose Today? Baby it's cold outside

Hey Everyone

Rocky and I was going for our walk this morning and I opened the door and baby it's cold outsideI had to go back in and get long pants on and a jacket.  I am not ready for this yet

We walked around the lake this am, very fast so I am sure we burned a few cals.  I then proceeded to paint some more.  I have to get all the trim done this weekend.  I will be going down to the basement tonight and work the bag.  I need a boxing smilie

For those of you that ask, working the bag is not just standing there and hitting the bag.  You work in 3 min rounds....using different punches..then you do things like sit ups, burbies, push ups, running, and other moves.  You know that if something burns up to 800 cals an hour it's a killer

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's be accountable for the weekend.  What do you have going on for exercise?

Hi Kathy:

I slacked off today and yesterday.  The bed was just too warm and cozy at 4 am, I hit the snooze.

I will try to get some good power walking in this eveining if possible while watching my son's football game.

That is ok, just don't let to many days go by without working out.  It's to easy to do so and with us living here in IL and the air getting chilly I know what you mean
