Friday Roll Call
Good Morning IL family,
It's still gloomy and cold here, but at least it's not pouring anymore. Poor Tyler came home from football soaked to the bone and freezing. I think it's crazy that they practice when it's literally pouring outside.
Today I will be doing homework, running to Michael's and then getting the things I need to make a couple recipes for my neice's party tomrrow. Tonight Mike will take Austyn to "the other side" and my boys will be with me because they are going to the party with us tomorrow. (Austyn doesn't want to...
Have a great day everyone and stay safe
Thanks for the lesson on Pro-Biotics. I've actually got a new bottle of something that I will start as soon as the current bottle of acidopolis is finished. The new stuff has some other kinds of bacterium in it. We will see how it works. Like I said, I started taking it for the gas issues and it has really helped. I very seldom have problems with that anymore. Now.....if I could just get the boys in my house to try it for the same reason.

Anyway, here I am at work and thankful that it is Friday. Tonight is David's first home game and if they win this one, the rest of the season should not be as difficult. Let's hope for another championship season!
Liv is feeling a bit better---so much so that she thought it would be a good idea to play in the rain and mud with girls from the volleyball team! Luckily, this fun-hating mom caught her BEFORE she could do something so foolish. Not that on a normal day I would mind it so much, but with all the infection in her head and ears, I did not think it would be a good idea. So, home for her to a warm shower and sinus irrigation.
Tomorrow is her first rehearsal for the big play. We are going to come into town early and pick up some new jeans for both of them, go out to lunch, then on to rehearsal. I am excited to see how things go.
Lucy, I wish you and Pam a safe trip and hope that the storms don't ruin your fun.
Crystal---you CAN DO it! Many doctors expect a weight loss before surgery. This is to show that you are willing to comply with the restrictions after surgery. As long as you give it your very best effort, you will be fine.
Chris, I envy you being able to meet your husband for lunch. We work on opposite ends of town, so that just doesn't happen for me. Enjoy!
Jenn, SO nice to see you again. I am glad to hear that Serenity is doing well. I have been thinking of her and you too.
That's about it for me at the moment.........I hope the nice weather that you are all talking about comes here. It is still cloudy and dreary where I am.
Everyone have a wonderful day and weekend!
Also, I did not get a chance to tell you and Jacob how sorry I am about Charlie. That really is too bad.
I don't know how it works in Aurora, but the Freshman here had games on Monday nights AND were expected to dress for the Friday games too. Sometimes they got to play on Fridays and sometimes not. It seemed like a lot at the time.
Thanks, I will let Jacob know for you. It is sad and I know that most people don't like rats, but I would have more of those before any other small animal. They are SO friendly and can even be trained, they are very much like tiny dogs...LOL
Here the Freshman usually play on Saturday mornings...Tyler only has 2 games that are on different days and NEVER on Fridays. Fridays the Sophmores play at 5:30 and then the Varsity plays at 7:30. The Freshman also don't have to go to the varsity games, but they are encouraged to do so. We're not going tonight as it's an away game.
