Good Morning All!  I had a rough dinner experience last night and now I've woken an hour earlier than I needed to.  I guess that's the price I pay for trying hamburger helper!  I don't thin****pt very much in me for nutrician, but I did have a Greek Yogurt later that tasted yummy.  I've heard so many of you talk about it, that when I saw it at the local fruit market, I bought one to try.  It was the best non-fat yogurt I've ever had!  Going back to work after a 3 day weekend is always hard.  Sometimes I feel like there is twice as much work to do.  Oh well.  For those of you who I spoke to about the Centegra support group, I just received notice that it is next Monday night.  I'm not sure yet if I will be there or not, but feel free to come on by and join in.  Have a great "hump" day!

Good morning!

I need to wrap up the packing to go to Las Vegas today for the conference "Neuroscience meets Recovery" . It looks like a fabulous experience. Las Vegas and 101 degree temperature I could do without!

I've got to go to work to interview someone and then off to the bus!

I'll be back online Sunday unless I can get a computer in the business center.

Have a great week folks!

Hello all

I just got into work about 25 mins ago.  One thing about having Monday off, it makes the week go by faster.  I'm excited for my first nutrtional class and weigh-in tomorrow.  I also know that I will have to start fresh and start changing my eating habits.  So I kind have this feeling of "one more day of freedom" as far as my eating habits go.  Like someone pointed out not a diet a life change.  I can't wait to change my life!!!!

Later I am going to try to load a picture here.  I need "before" pictures, as I know alot of you did too,  I avoid having my picture taken.  So a girl at work here is going to take my picture for me today.  To get into the spirit of things I want to keep track of my weight loss.  So I decided to do a scrapbook detailing my journey.

Looking forward to have a face to look at Crystal.  I will update mine at some point.  The one I have shown is from when I was a realtor in Houston a few years back.  Not much has changed.

Mornin' Illinois!
Paul, I'm a Greek yogurt fan, too. Sometimes it seems a bit thick though so I add plain reg. yogurt and a TBspoon of protein powder. I took your advice, decided to eat a bit more, and I've lost another 4 lbs since we chatted in your kitchen. Yippeeeeeeeeee...

Wishing you all a great day!

Janet,

I drink the decaf folger simply smooth.  It is less acid and easier on the tummy.

Lots of things change I guess.  I woke up this morning with a headache that would kill an elephant and anyone willing to get close to the beast so I went back to sleep until eight.  When I got up I went out on the balcony and smoked a cigar.  I am now sitting at my puter drinking ho****er.  Took my morning meds.  Headache went away but Iam still shakey from it.  I gave up decaf back at Christmas excpt for an occasional slip.  If I were feeling better I would have added decaf Earl Grey to my water.
