FRIDAY ROLL CALL
For me today I went to the foot Dr. and he took X-rays and changed my dressing on my foot, he said everything looks good and the stitches can come out next Friday. I Do have about 5 more weeks in this nice boot
,, Well that is my world not much else going on, I am trying not to eat too much as I am not doing much and don't want to gain, but I am finding that I want to graze and I need to stop that

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Well, the heavens opened up about 1/2hr ago. I did promise yesterday to give that info on finding the tomato disease info. I have not forgotton that. I am having fitful sleep for other reasons than you. I feel like I have reverted back to my infancy of not sleeping during the night,
waking up like a baby, needs to be fed, go potty
and then has trouble getting back to sleep. Just do not have someone to rock me to sleep. 
It is starting to get old.
We have a couple things planned for the weekend. We want to pick up a small garden statue and a bench for it to go on. It is a little boy sitting with his arm around a puppy. 
I have to call the place in St Charles first to see if they still have it. I am not driving all that way for it to be gone. I had a scare yesterday when I went out to start the hose to water the flowers. There were wasps 
going into the covered outside electric outlet. Smart as I am I opened the cover without having the can of foam spray. Out plopped the nest with the wasps madder than hell. My niece down the street was waiting for the school bus and her kids and she saw me run lickety split across the yard. She yelled down to me to make sure I was ok. Do you know that after I put that nest in the trash can in the back of the house Dave said that they found it!! 
Holy moley they are smart critters for being so small.
Well, need to get to an ongoing project that I have to complete by the end of the year.

What can one say Eileen! So sorry you are not feeling well, sounds like they will have something to tell you soon with all the tests they are running. Great news that the fever is gone. I do hope you can rest better now with your new roomie.
Lucy, I will be at the support meeting at Alexian tomorrow! I would love to you. I missed you and was worried about you. So happy you are back.
Ok so it's clear I been lurking, mostly because I only get the chance to catch up on the boards after 11pm, and I feel like I am on the late show. The Illionois group is very special, such truly kind and interesting people here.
Omg - Christine I checked out Rants and Raves just for a peak! those people are really mean, why would people... well anyways this feels like home even though I am a newbie.
Paulette - so happy to hear your thyroid nodule is benign! You have been doing fantastic on the weight loss all the while , this is really something! Many of my pals would have dove for food with the stress of the worry. congratulations your are allready on the losers bench.
I am helping my daughter pack for college. Thank goodness i don't have to unpack her once she arrives there this weekend!
