I finally got Approval and a DATE!!!

Hello there my Illinois Friends!!!
Well I was on vacation last week in Oregon and I got the call from my Surgeon's office.
After 2 denials, and a peer review with the doc and Medical Director of BCBSIL that wouldn't budge, they sent my case to an independent bariatric specialist and after going through all of my documentation they made the decision for APPROVAL!!!
that was the cherry on top of my vacation!!!
I am so thrilled!!! Today was back to work day and the Surgeon's office called with a date of October 16th!!!
Thank you all who told me "Do not give up!" because this was a very hard emotional roller coaster. I was almost ready to say this will never happen.
Woo-hoo!!! Woo-hoo!!! Happy Dancing all over!!!

Jeni Congrats on your approval, now hold on for a great ride, Oct will be here before you know it.

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
