Excess Skin removal BCBSIL HMO?

Has anyone here had any luck getting BCBSIL HMO to pay fro ANY skin removal surgeries?

I could not tell you about the HMO. I have the PPO version of your insurance and it paid for some of the side breast tissue to be removed for me.
