As far as I know, it's only Alverdy and Prachand's practice at U of C. You may want to go on the VSG board and ask there if you haven't already:

Plus, my surgeon, John Rabkin, does the VG, but he's in San Fran. He does come to Chicago each month for our support group meeting, so he's definitely "close." Each meeting is the third Monday of the month, from 6-8 p.m. There was one last night.
