Speaking of pictures.......when are you going to put up a new avatar?  I know tht you have changed SO much!

I am going to have Maddie take some pix of me today and I will put them up.  But as  of the avatar...I don't know how to do that?????  I want to change my pix so bad!!!!  All summer and I have not taken one picture of me.

Up on top of this screen, in the first column, under ObesityHelp Illinois Weight Loss Forums" click on the last line, "User Settings".  That brings you right to the page where you can upload a new picture.
