Good Morning Illinois!  Not much new on the agenda today.  For all of you who have been sending me PM's for my address and directions to the meet and great, I will send those all out about a week before the get together.  That way they will be fresh!  Remember, it's on the 30th!  It looks like there's going to be a good turn out and it should be a fun time.I will also try and post what everybody is planning to bring so those who are undecided can see what's still needed.  I hope everyone has a great day!  Paul

Good morning boys and girls of Lincoln Log Land. Yeah - the weekend is almost here AND it looks like the weather is going to be great again, tho we could use some rain so I do not have to drag the hose around.

Going to go scurb a dub dub here soon and get my snacks and lunch ready for work.

Good Morning Paul and Illinois friends!

We are one day closer to the weekend.    Can you tell I love weekends?  It just seems like I dont have a lot of time during the week.  I dont know where it goes but it seems like I get up in the morning, spend time on OH while I eat breakfast, then get ready for work and when I come home, it is reading the evening newspapers and back to the computer.  Hmmmm maybe I spend too much time on the computer.  I think I am an OH addict.  Well, I guess there are worse transfer addictions after surgery.

Eileen did not post yesterday.  Hope she is doing ok.  Eileen if you pop in, I am thinking of you.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning Paul and the rest of my Illinois Buddies.

Today I will put the maid hat on and get to this house. Then I will turn into a gofer and get groceries and go to the cleaners and post office. I also need to get some projects done, since I am back to work next week, then the following week  it will be back to the winter hours.

What is everyone else up to today?

Hugs

Good morning to all,
I hope to start getting back on track with everything.  Yikes!! My house is a mess, my stomach has been acting up (by eating nothing and then anything and everything that I walk by) and my head is just full of things that I need to put closure to.  Again, thanks for all of your kind words and prayers.  I hope that everyone has a great day, it looks like it will be a beautiful day!

Good morning friends!

It does look like a beautiful day. I will be inside unfortunately since I have a full day of clients. However I have a big window which brings me a lot of pleasure. Yesterday was a hectic teaching day but I survived. I don't like three hour lectures, but that's the way it goes. I did get home a bit earlier than usual so I got to see a lot of Olympics.

I am working on a sweater for fall and given the weather, I might be wearing it next week! Our building has two temperatures--too hot and too cold. This week it is the latter.

I am  also looking forward to the weekend like Nancy said. We don't have any plans, but something always is available. I am working on a trip to Las Vegas in a few weeks. I hate gambling and the trip is for work. I hope to meet Nanner from the band board. Otherwise I will hang out in my room and knit in the evenings. When are Pam and Lucy going? This might be the same time!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Hi all, just a quick pop in to say hello and then need to get in gear and get going.  I'm meeting my friend, Brenda from the OFF forum in Indiana for coffee this am. This will be the 2nd time I met her, she's alot of fun.  Don't know what else the day will hold except I'm going to Old Tyme Pottery(love that place)  also since it is nearby where we're meeting for coffee.  Hope you all have a great day. Good morning everyone!!!

Not too much exciting here either.  The kids had fun last night swimming, but only about 8-10 kids showed up.  That made it fun because they had the whole pool complex to themselves, but it was also not as much fun as it would have been with 30 kids.  Oh well.....the pool was outdoors, and with the small rain storm and the cooler weather, I guess not that many wanted to chance it.  It was certainly too cold for ME to consider swimming.

I went to the bookstore instead and bought a bunch of our favorite board books for the 1 year-old's birthday that we are attending on Saturday.  Then, Saturday night, we will be going to a yearly party at some friends' house where we usually camp out.  They have 4-5 bands, a DJ and a pig roast.  It is usually a blast!

David survived his first day of 2-a-day football practices and Liv is excited to start volleyball this afternoon.  They finally got registered and it looks like they both have challenging schedules.  It will be interesting to see how they do with their classes this year.  I am just praying that I do not have to fight with the school about anything this whole year.  THAT would be cool!

I hope everyone has a splendid day and can get out and enjoy this beautiful weather!

Tell someone that you love them!

Tyler survived his first 2-a day yesterday for football too!  LOL  He was tired though when he got home.  They go from 7:30am until 2:30pm with a break for rest and lunch in there....at least I don't have to drive so much this way
