Did You Move To Lose Today? Meeting your goals?
Hey Everyone
Well yesterday went pretty well...my little goal was to get all my water in as that really helps with snacking and feeling full. I was able to do so. I also returned to mydailyplate so that was another good goal to meet.
Rocky and I went for a walk this morning and I am going to the Y tonight.
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today? Come on in and share how you are doing with your goals and what you are doing exercise wise to keep your "winning" streak going
Stay Sassy, Sexy and Strong
Take care,
Kathy

I DID!!!!!
I got up again today at 4 am and did the bike. That is 3 days IN A ROW!!!! I am still averaging about 23 mph (at least according to the speedometer on this bike) but the tension thingy has pretty much broken off, so there is not a huge amount of resistance.
I added in 35 wall push-ups, stepped up and down on my step stool 30 times, then did the hanging leg extensions (I think?) on the stairs....30 of those.
Does this level of exercise qualify as "vigourous" according to "The Daily Plate"? if so, then I am REALLY undereating. The Daily Plate says that I should be eating about 1600 calories per day at the "vigourous" level. Even the "moderate" level says I should eat 1300. That is kind of hard to get in. Could THIS be the reason for a 1 year stall??????
I added my goal to my profile, but I don't know how to update it, or show that I am meeting it. I will figure it out eventually though.

Hi Kathy,
I have some physical limitations due to a fractured vertebre, but have been going to see the PT once a month. They have given me some ideas on exercises I can do with resistance bands and light weights, mostly for arms & legs(sitting). My problem is getting started. I never think about doing these exercises. I know dumb excuse! So I am asking for help in getting myself in gear! What can I do so I don't forget to exercise. I am unable to walk far but can ride my bike @ 1 mile before I have to stop. Also when I take my granddaughters to the park, I can go on the swing for a short time.
Thanks, Paulette
