Hi Lippy ,

Sending your mom good vibes for the surgery and speedy recovery!

I used to come into contact with many women that had replacement surgery ( for knee and hip) during a position I had at the Airport.

As I spent time with them and we chatted I would ask them about how they were doing after the surgery and everyone of them said they wished they had done it sooner!  They felt like new they were able to get around and pain was gone.

I hope your mom is like these women she will be in my prayers.
