Saturday Roll Call
Good Morning all you Sleepy Heads this Morning. It looks to be a beautiful day ahead. At least the temp will be great.
We took the GD home last night. So this morning I need to start cleaning her room. DH is working today until 10:30, then he will be siding again. That means I will be available for gofer needs.
What is everyone doing this fine Saturday? I hope some big plans are in store.
It looks like Barry surfaced this week. Now, if we could find Lucy, Marilyn, Pam and Jenn, the family would be complete. Ronna does check in occaisally.

It is thundering and raining here in Bradenton. I am glad as my lawn needs the water.
I am off tomorrow, We are going to St. Augistine on Tuesday overnight. It is our 29th anniversary.

Such a day ahead of us! We have a kids' soccer game this morning and then we're going to Beatlefest until midnight (yes, you have to start you kids off on the RIGHT kind of music from birth! LOL!).
I didn't go to the gym this week, but I've marched my fanny all over the Chicago area this week, so that has to count for something, exercise-wise!

Good morning Lisa and my Illinois family!
Yesterday was my 4 month bandiversary! I am down 64 pounds and 18 inches. I can't believe it. I must update my ticker and blog today.
I got my third fill and I'm feeling it. This one is giving me the extra restriction I need. I also started taking biotin and zinc. My already thin hair is getting thinner. I get in 60-75 grams of protein daily. Now with the restriction it may be less. Couldn't finish my breakfast this morning and last week could eat it all and more. ( I didn't eat more)
My size 18's are too big, but I can't afford to go shopping right now.
That's what belts are for, right?
If it doesn't rain tonight we will go to one of the nearby towns to a park concert. They are always fun!

Good Morning Lisa and Illinois!
I am so glad it is the weekend. I am going to relax and putter around the house. Right now I am catching up in OH land. I am going to figure out which ice cream flavor I am going to make next. I got stuck on fresh strawberry this week because it was so yummy and strawberries are still easy to find. So need to try something different.
I will spend the weekend puttering around the house catching up on all the chores that I have put off during the week. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Well here it is the night before the prep day and I am anxious to get started. I will have my last bariatric advantage protein shake in a few minutes and then off to bed. Tomorrow only liquids and of course the dreaded mag citrate.
Today we cleaned carpets and furniture, boy you never know how dirty they are until you empty the water! I just wanted to come home to a clean house if I am going to spend some time looking at it recovering. I know I'm a freak, I clean like crazy before we go on vacation too, so we come home to a clean house. LOL!
Tomorrow morning my husband will drop off Noah at my dad's for the week. It has been a hard week with him. He has been so out of sorts, I am sure it is due to the stress of the surgery. But my dad and him will have a good time.
I just plan to pack my bag, drink my fluids and take my meds tomorrow and watch the Olympics. Early call on monday for 5:30am at the hospital.
See ya all one last time tomorrow before the big day!
