Good morning all,  I love the cooler nights for sleeping and the cooler days for living and getting things done outside.  We''ll have the grands this afternoon so will spend most of that time playing. They go back to school the 18th & the 25th. so time is running short for summer play time. They have been after me to take them for a bike ride again so that is one of the activities. They also want to give skeeter a bath, he doesn't mind but  don't know who will get wetter. Today I'm calling the ENT & Pulmo to see who I can see sooner after my sleep study on 9/29.
Talked quite a bit to Carla yesterday, she had to work so many days in a row after our road  trip  but sounds like she has got her energy back and travel bug bitting again...LOL!  Hope ou all have a wonderful day, Paulette

I am off to met a friend and chit chat.  Then later today we are going to the Boone County fair.  My dad is back in the hospital.  So I haven't been around to post.  He had  a seizure on Tues. morning and they still don't know why.  I hope everyone enjoys the beautiful day.  Welcome back Connie and Kay!  Congrats Dave!!!

Hi all-quiet here.  Andrew went home to his 2 big "brudders" yesterday-and everyone is healthy and happy.  Thank the Lord!  I go back to the Orth tomorrow to see when I can go to work-hope it's soon.
Kim ,I will keep you and your Dad in my prayers.  Paulette, keep on nagging them.  Chirs-such good news for Dave-give him my congrats and have a great time this week-end. Lisa, I envy you and your crafting w/the Grandaughter.  I don't see my Desi enough to satisfy me-she's my darlin'!  Hugs to all-Janet K

Good Morning Christine and the rest of my IL family

Chris that is awesome that Dave accepted an offer.  I am actually thinking that I will enjoy going back to work. (for a while anyway..lol)

As for me today, I have to drop of 3 applications I have filled out and also do some grocery shopping.  I was supposed to go yesterday but after what happened with Shane, I didn't want to leave him not knowing how the narcotics they put him on would affect him. 

After that I will come home and work on my last class which is an information literacy class, kinda boring but also has interesting parts too.  Then I am going to play the Wii with the boys I think....they don't know that yet though..lol

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and enjoys this cooler weather! It's great!

PS: I got a pm from someone who said that I scared them by talking about the complications I had with my surgery.  I just want everyone to know that I didn't mean to scare anyone, but people need to understand that complications can and do happen...I am 110% better now and doing GREAT!

Monica, I for one appreciate your honesty about your surgery. I think it is important that we know the good and the bad before surgery. The more info and knowledge we have the better choices we can make.  Hugs toyou  & {{gentle hugs}} for Shane, Paulette

Good Morning!

We are up early because we stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn so the Kids could swim for 2 days and get out some energy.  We are here with our good friends and their 2 kids.  I am trying to get the room cleaned up now so we can check out and go swimming.  This has helped pass some of the time until my surgery.  This week is taking forever to go by.  I am getting anxious and just want the surgery part over.  No definite plans for the rest of the week and/or weekend.  We will have to keep busy!   Threre's always laundry!............Ihope everyone has a great day and enjoys the nice weather while it lasts.

Howdy Everyone,

Well, we got moved into the larger apartment this past weekend, so the fun of going through and putting things away has begun.  I have not had the time to set up my computer yet, as I can not reach the desk to do so.  But, I have to get this done either today or tomorrow as I will need to pay the bills and get ready for my class to start on Tuesday.  My son returns sunday from spending two weeks with his grandma in california, so it will be good to have him home.  We need to shop for school supplies and pick up some clothes as he has once again out grown everything in his closet.

For me, the scale has once again stalled, but  that is ok.  I am going to start working out again on monday so hopefully it will start moving in the downward direction once again.

Well, I better get back to work as we are in the middle of a SOX audit, and working on several projects.  Never enough time to just sit at the computer.
