Home again
Kay and I just returned from a fascinating trip to Europe. We spent several days in Prague and then took a bus to Nuremburg Germany where we boarded a riverboat. We traveled on the Danube River (it isn't blue) to Regensburg, Melk, Passau, Vienna, and ended in Budapest where we also spent several days. The trip was interesting, fun and exhausting. We walked over 11,000 steps the first day and then the pedometer broke, but I'd guess we walked that much each day and on cobblestones too! In Europe everybody walks and climbs steps. I wasn't as ready for this trip as I thought, but I did OK. I sure couldn't have done it last summer!
According to the time we got up in Budapest this morning at 4:30AM, it is now 1:30 AM by that time, so even though it is 6:30 here, we are heading off to bed. We missed you all but didn't tell you we were going because of internet safety. But now we are home and will be back on line.
