Monday Roll Call
Hi Chris and all of IL-so glad your week-end went so well. Mine ended w/a bang-my new granson arrived at 12:36 this a.m.-Andrew Paul-7lbs.3oz. and 21 " long and he is a cutie. Thanking God for a quick and healthy delivery. Mom and Dad are over the moon-even w/#3. Each one is a gift. Have a great day to all-Big Hugs-Janet K

Well Good Afternoon Chris & all, Congratulations Chris & Dave on your anniversary. Earl & I celebrated #32 in June and it keeps getting better & better.
I have been doing a marathon phone day trying to coordinate and clear up some of the misinformation I am getting between BCBSIL, my Nutr. my PCP's HMO Dept & the individual Doc's that I still need to see. Also tried to call the wls office but got a full voice mail box. couldn't even leave a message.
After many calls back & forth , I did finally get my psych visit set for this Friday. Haven't gotten anywhere with moving my sleep study up but made some calls in regard to that. Also ran to the school for my DD to get the grands registered for school, since it starts the 18th. She didn't realize that it was today. Where has the summer gone to?
Tomorrow I see my pcp, he should be happy to see me since I've lost alot since I saw him in January. I switched to decaf yesterday and was sleepy and headachy both yesteday and today, but hopefully by tomorrow the caffeine will be out of my system, either way I will adjust.

Sheesh, how'd I get that messed up..I think all this insurance junk is playing havoc in my life.. LOL!

I did get the psych eval mess straightened out so I have an appt for this Friday for that. Looks like I really need it. LOL! Got my next PT appt scheuled too. Still working on trying to get my sleep study moved up. I see my pcp this afternoon so hoping he can help with that part.

Good Evening all!
Well here it is one week til surgery day! It seems to be going so slow. I am trying to keep busy. I feel like I am nesting like when I was going to have my baby and I wanted everthing to be clean and neat when I brought her home.
So I am on day 4 of liquid and it was easier today. No headaches any more. Hurray!!
Just came up from the basement where we were all taking shelter from the storms. I hape everyone is allright. It reminded me a little of last yr at this time when we had the tornado here in Mt Prospect and were without power for 5 days.
Tomorrow is day 5 of Ldiet, and my last counseling session pre-op. I have to buy a baby shower gift to have on hand for a shower on the 23rd. Im not sure I will feel up to going then. Ill have to see.
I hope everyone faired the storms well, and see ya all tomorrow.
