Tuesday Roll Call

Good morning.  It's another day in the neighborhood.  I'm up and on my way to work.  I tried to take regular vitamins this morning and they were a little too big so I'm sliming a bit.  Not a great way to start the day.  Tomorrow I'll go back to liquids.  Doesn't look like much is going to happen today other than trying to get caught up at work after having been gone for a week.  Have fun everybody!  Paul

I am also up and at em.  Paul I can relate on the morning meds.  Mine did not want to settle down once I took them today.  Could it be it is Tuesday??  hmmmm.  It promises to be a hot and humid day today.  As was said the other day, welcome to the land of corn and soybeans.  That is why we have all this blessed humidity.  But the up side, think of the benefits we get from these crops!  I am a new soy fanatic since my surgery.  So, everyone find a way to stay cool today.  Dont overdo it in this heat.  Have a great day!

Good morning everyone!  looks like the heat is about to settle in on us again soon.  ICK! 

Nothing much going on around here.  Still wrapping my mind around my 'baby' turning 4!  eeks!  can't imagine how i'm going to feel when she turns 16.  lol  weight loss has been good and steady.  i'll be doing my measurements this friday, so it will be nice to see where those numbers have gone to since i've been very diligently working out this month.  =)  can't wait!!

My son is going to Kindergarten in 3 weeks and I'm in utter denial. I have not bought him anything b/c I cannot believe he's old enough to go.



He has to get his shots on Thursday (5 of them)
I don't know if I should prepare him, he can be pretty dramatic with pain. (as is his momma)

I need to go buy school supplies today!

Good morning Paul and the rest of Illinois!

First of all, I want to thank everyone for the kind comments and support of Liv in her acting endeavor.  She is probably one of the happiest girls on the planet at the moment.  I read her all of your support and she thought it was pretty cool that you all cared.  Her appointment is at 10:30, so keep positive thoughts going her way.

After work today, I may stop by my Aunt's house for a quick visit.  If I don't do it today, I will do it tomorrow.  She will be a bit lonely next week with us away, but she is doing so much better.  She got her driver's permit last Thursday!!!!  She is 60 years old and has never had a license.  Todd and another neice have been teaching her to drive and she decided to make it legal.

The biggest things on my agenda this week are getting Liv ready for her Georgia trip, us ready for our Vegas trip and David ready to stay at the neighbor's.  That should keep me hoppin'!

Good morning Paul and my Illinois family!

Today I'm going to workout and to the support group meeting. Not much else going on here. Still need to get the closet painted and re-organized but I'll have to see if I can get my son to paint it as he is much faster and better at it than I am. He is a painter after all!

Good Morning, I was at Walmart at 7:00 this morning, and I am now at work. This afternoon, I get off at 12, I think, if it is still sunny and bright, I will be hearing the pool calling me. Housework will wait until tomorrow, since I am back working only 2 mornings a week.

Everyone stay cool and safe today, they are saying it could be rough weather later.

Good morning all it's gonna be a hot one today. Not much going on, a workout on my wii fit, light house cleaning then laying by the pool until it's time to go to our support group meeting. I hope everyone has a great day.....stay cool!!!

I woke up suddenly at 3am today trying to remember if I turned off my neighbor's water in the back yard after I watered her flowers. I got distracted by Dave as he came over to talk while I was watering. I agonized over it until I could no longer stand it and had to go out and see if I did. Well it was more like "feel" if I did as it was dark out there. So I went out finally at 430am. I was worried their son would hear me wandering around on their back deck and call the police on me  That would have been embarrassing for me at work. It was off all that worrying for nothing.

I finally got back to sleep at about 5am - fitfully. Right after work I have a hair appt then we are going with another couple to see the play State Fair that a small local theater group is putting on. We went opening night a week plus ago and it was great - they do such a great job whenever we go to one of their plays.

Need to get back to work.

Christie, Happy Birthday to your little one! My oldest is about to be 6, I know how you feel! lol

I much have slept wrong last night, I have a kink in my neck that has been bothering me all morning. Good thing I go back to the chiropractor tomorrow!

Not doing much of anything today. I am going to try to get some laundry done, and possibly some cleaning, but I am just not in the mood to do much....
