I don't know how much the exercise will get rid of but it does help firm the muscle. I'm working on it too!

I really think that the exercise will help you in the long run, but you will probaly need plastics to really get rid of all  the saggy skin. Sorry.

I will tell the truth NO it wont fix it. The skin is hanging and unless you are going to bulk up the skin is just going to hang. Some people skin is more elastic and it goes back but usually it does that as your losing. I wish I could say different I will be needed A thigh lift and tummy tuck for sure my flat boobs could use a lift but that is not ness thanks to push up bras lol
good luck to you and this is my own personal opinion

Weight strengthening will help but only to a small extent. The muscle helps give definition in the arm and leg areas. Everyone has different genetics that dictates how much elasticity the skin has. There is also the length of time a person was MO to take into consideration and where you carried your excess weight. Take for instance my DH he carried all of his weight in his belly. His pannis hung down about half way to his knees. There was no way that he would have been able to exercise that area to reduce the excess and saggy skin. He had to have a pannictolectomy to remove that skin.

I had saggy areas also in the belly and there was no way that weight strengthening would have reduced it. I opted for a lower body lift twice.

Thank you all for your honesty,I was afraid of this answer but knew I have to much saggy skin that I could not fill it up with this gym,( Im 53 and had 3 Children )  Im glad I joined it keeps me on track and I do feel better, I am just very sad I will NEVER HAVE THE MONEY TO COVER THE LAST PART OF MY JOURNEY WITH THE LIFTS I WILL NEED.

For now I will keep going to reach that last 15 lbs and maybe a bit more...You all mean so much to me ,I can come here and talk about anything....

I will not ever have the money to afford the lifts eith and I am finding where the belly hangs down and I try running it flaps and hits and then I will quit exercising because I am afraid ppl will hear the slapping. I have though about taking out a loan just for that because its embaracing!!! I am soon to be 50 had 3  kids and I understand how you feel!!

Sorry but no it won't. You will need PS for that.  But you will loose your weight faster, feel better and keep it off if you keep up the excersise.

It's my big downfall, I don't and never did excersise as much as I should.
Regards and hugs,

Ronna
