      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Thanks Dawn! When I have just Ava and Vince they wear me out...can't imagine having all 4 at the same time without help. Usually when all 4 are together at the same time the moms and dads are with us. I do enjoy every minute I have with them, especially when Ian and Tyler are here for a visit because I don't get to see them as often as I would like. I wish they would move four hours closer, those 8 hour drives are just too long.
