Tuesday Roll Call
Good Morning Illinois Friends and Family!
Well if you live in north central Illinois I hope you did not blow away yesterday! We had a horrible storm move through here yesterday with winds of 60 - 80 mph. Lots of downed trees and some people lost power. Hope everyone survived ok with not too much damage. Of course it hit right about the time I had to leave for work -- Oh joy!
Today looks to be a better day -- cooler and sunny. I will take it!
Anyone have any interesting news to share or exciting plans for today? For me it is the same old thing -- work and then home this evening.

Good morning Nancy sorry to hear about you bad weather yesterday I am in Northern IL and it was just HOT HOT yesterday but today it is cool and I have the windows open to let some fresh air in,
For me today no much going on I think I will get dress here in a few and take the dogs to the park for a walk this morning, Tomorrow I have my stress test again Dr. wants to recheck me as I had something that showed up when I had my test preop and now that I have lost the weight he wants to check to see if it is gone now.
Well that is it for me hope everyone has a good day and enjoy the cool day

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I think you got more of the storm then we did yesterday, either way, it was a whopper. I was so glad to wake up this morning with sun in my eyes.
Today is another work day. Yesterday, my first client didn't come in until 11:45, and I leave at 12. I hope today will be a bit more productive. Plus, if I am not busy, my brain keeps trying to tell me that I am hungry, NOT.
We are in the beginning process of siding a tenet house we own. Its fun
playing with the big tools. I don't think DH wants me to though. So, this afternoon, I will sit there quietly, watch him, and not get in his way

I had breakfast with Paulette and Karey yesterday..it was very nice. I was so glad to meet Paulette, she really is a very nice person!
Today I'm going to work on trying to move the bookcase into my sons old bedroom. Only wish I had a loveseat or a few comfy chairs to put in it...it looks soo empty with only a desk and computer in there. I guess I'm going to try making it an office. Can't make it a guest room as I have no other bed to put in there except a blow up mattress. Oh, well such is life. Going to the gym tonight and a walk this afternoon. It is gorgeous out there today!
Good news on my BIL John...his bone biopsy shows NO cancer. Thank you God. Thanks for all your prayers!

I hear you can find some really good deals on "Craig's List", my co-worker has bought and sold some things there.
I made my son's old bedroom into the family "office". It's working out pretty well.
I also am planning on walking the dogs when I get home from work, it's really a pleasant day.

Lisa I know what ya mean if ya ain't busy about the head hungry. I have had it alot latey!
Yesterday I went to my daughters to babysit and being not at my own house I was kinda limited to what I could do. So I decided to scrub down her kitchen. A little hard one armed but I did it. I wanted to eat...
When the food you put in is painful you would think you would stop right, well Not me I tried to keep going.
Today I am there again to babysit but since its cooler out we will play outside today.
Today is my grandsons 7th birthday so tonight is a small party for him. He like pasta and tacos...So I have lasagna and tacos both.. Lasagna for lunch and then tacos for the party.
Well I have to go I need to be in Peoria by 9ish....

Not too much exciting going on here today. After work, I will pick Liv up from the museum, then we might go have dinner with Aunt Dixie. Then home to bed early I hope.
Last night was a late one after having to take her to Orfordville for her game, then get home and do our chores of getting the garbage out and watering the plants. She was very slow moving this morning and was even complaining that her tummy hurt.
Grandma took her to breakfast and is dropping her at the museum this morning, as long as she feels better. I'm pretty sure that it is just a slow start.
Just to let everyone know......Paul and his family are vacationing for the week and Chris and Dave left my house Saturday for another trek into the Dells. They should be back tomorrow.
That's all I know........
