How do I put a ticker on my posts?

Well I found the place to get my ticker like most of you have on your posts but I don`t know the first thing on how to put them on here.Can someone help me with this please?

After you create your ticker on tickerfactory.com then you copy the html code and paste it into your signature in user settings..edit signature Hope that helps.

Ok,call me stupid,But where would I find user settings? LOL. I have been all over this place,In my account,on my profile,everywhere & have not found user settings.I`ve been a member on here for about a couple of years & have asked for help in beautifying my profile & such with no luck.

Don't feel stupid...I just double checked to be sure I was telling you the right info.

User settings is to the left of this screen under the heading
"ObesityHelp Illinois Weight Loss Forums" It's the last one under that heading.

Then paste it in under Signature

OMG now I do feel stupid.LMAO.If it would have been a snake it would have bit me.lol
