Dave and I had a really good time last year when we went. Consider coming even if it is for a short while. It is a real fun small town atmosphere and a nice drive into the country. Car pool with others if you are concerned about gas prices. Dave and I are bringing some protein rich munchies to share. Also remember to bring your cameras because the Swiss Canoe Races are real fun. There is fun for the whole family - young and older. Get in touch with Dawn for info.

I know Jim and I a planning on coming if it don't rain. we will be their after he get off work at 11 am. Hope to see everyone. as I missed the last party.
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
