New favorite Treat

The Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches.

I got them at Krogers, and they really say summer to me.

30 grams total carbs (yes I know-it a bit high)

I just love them.... I get them at Sams Club! My grandsons like them too and since there is less fat in them its a good snack! I try to have 2 weekly as treats but I have to cut them in half because a whole one is too much!
