3 Months Ago Today

Well ladies 3 months ago today Dr Rantis and Dr Gueske saved my life.  I truly believe that.  If you would have asked me 3 months ago if I ever thought my life would be as good as it is  now, I would have laughed you right out of the hospital!  I can't believe it's only been 3 months and I am doing great.  I am down 52 pounds and have more energy and just feel so much better. 
Those weeks I spent in the hospital before and after my second surgery were hell, but with my family, faith and the love from my OH friends here I made it. 

Here's to continuing my success and becoming a better and healthier person!!  God Bless you all and thank you for being who you are!  I truly love each and every one of you!!

Hi Monica, I"m glad that you are doing so well, especially with the set back of the seond surgery.......52 pounds gone is terriffic!  WooHoo!!!!! It has been three months for me also and I know I couldn't have done it without the support and friendship and information I have gotten from this board. Thanks everyone....

Congrats monica!!! I will always remember seeing you at the Kane Ctr. for the 1st time. You had been through a lot and were in some pain. Jill, I am so glad that we met that day in the waiting room.  You are a wonderful person and I can't wait to be able to hook up again and not be at the Dr's office!  You are doing awesome too and yes, we will be friends for life!!

BIG CONGRATULATIONS and HUGS, Monica.  Your surgery was just 5 days before mine!  I bet we probably saw each other coming and going for appts or at a support group or seminar, also same with you, Jill.    As well as some of our other Illinois people.   My 3 month anniversary as a bandster will be on Monday.  I have to say it's been a major life change, and one for the better.
