Good morning friends! I also have an early day today with a 7:30 meeting. Of course this would be a day when I have patients scheduled until 7. Hopefully the day will pass quickly. I do have some work to be done on the computer this afternoon.

Dawn, we made your pie for the fourth. We didn't have any syrup so we used raspberry crystal light and real raspberries. It turned out great! No one knew it wasn't a "regular" recipe! We also had steak that night and it went down better than chicken! I sure don't understand how this all works.

I have been here - just that I have been playing catch up at home after having guests over the 4th and we went to the Taste on Saturday and walked a ton. I was beat. I really should have taken a nap on Sunday but I tackled the pending yard work that was staring me in the face. Going to get ready for work here in a few minutes then home for more chores around the house. Somewhere during the day I need to get out for a run also, probably right after work in the nature center. Chris

Good Morning Lucy and everyone. Sorry you are having problems sleeping Lucy, It seems like the early birds are all up and ready to tackle the day. I am also leaving shortly, so I can get a running start. Yesterday was super busy, and today looks to be the same if not worst. Good morning Miss Lisa! I got to see our cutie pie doc, Dr. Guske yesterday. I was expecting to see Kate for my fill. He made me very happy!!! I hope to get some sleep when I get home. Good morning Lucy and my Illlinois family! Today I'm 3 months post-op. Where has the time gone? Tomorrow is my doctors appointment and nutrition class. Can't wait to see what the official weight is. I've been going by my scale. Not too much going on here today....laundry...gym....a walk. Lucy... I hope your headache is completely gone and you get a better nights sleep tonight. You too Christina..I hope that you wake up more refreshed in the morning. I hope everyone has a most awesome day today!

good morning Lucy and the rest of my IL family, Lucy sorry to hear you have a headache, hope you feel better soon and get some rest, For me today just staying home Jim took my brakes drums to the shop to be turned so I am going to work on a blanket today and find something to clean, which should not be too much trouble, We too had a T. storm last night. it is hot and very humid here today too. Hope everyone has a great day and stay cool

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
