On the Waterfront: Labor Day weekend

Rockford has the wonderful party called On the Waterfront: www.onthewaterfront.com/

It has ten stages and a huge number of bands at each stage, 40 square blocks of downtown, food, fun, entertainment, two carnivals plus another kid's area. I put up the website because I can't even begin to do the description justice. There will be famous acts and not so famous. If you get your tickets early you get into all three days for one day's price--amazing! It really is a family event as well as something you could go to alone. Kay likes to sit at one stage and I like to go to all of them or just walk around. Each stage has a food court and there are plenty of WLS manageable foods, as well as some not so wise for your family members.
