My Sunday...
Hello everyone! I just wanted to tell you that I got to meet Connie and Kay today and what wonderful ladies they both are! It was so nice to sit outside and just chat for a while. Even though my darling hubby was super quiet....he's normally like that at first because he's deaf in one ear and sometimes finds it hard to keep up with conversations. that's fine, I had fun and that's what counts right? LOL
Then we headed over to my sister's house where I helped her make eggrolls and then we got into our swim suits and lounged in her pool for while. I have to say when I took my towel off my sister was like, "wow, look at that tiny waist!" I was flattered and then my son Jacob says, "mom that suit really makes your legs look skinny too!" LOL Flattery will get you everywhere...LOL
Then we ate....we had bbq'd pork ribs and I ate one and then took too big of a bite and didn't chew well enough and I was in some serious pain because it got stuck! Finally after about 1/2 hour I had to throw up and then I felt a little better, but aout 45 minutes later I had to throw up again it was just slime and the foamies. After that I felt much better. My sister felt terrible, even though I told her that it wasn't her fault at all. lol. The boys, just Tyler and Jacob, had a blast and played SO nice together in the pool. It was a great day, minus the hour and a half I was sick....lol
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
