When I sit the bone on the cheek of my bottom (on both sides) hurt,  you can put you hand under my bottom and can feel the bones, it sure makes sitting on anything with out padding a real PAIN!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I have had terrible tailbone pain for the last couple of weeks when I sit and when I asked Katie at the Kane center about it at my visit last week, she looked at me like I was crazy.  She said that they have never heard of that with losing weight and I should see my Dr about it.

I thought that was odd since I have read on the main board that a bunch of people have this problem as they lose their butt padding....hmmmm

I had terrible pain in my tailbone too. But I had fallen down a flight of stairs as a teenager and that has always been sensitive. But one I lost all the "cush on my tush" it was really painful.
Regards and hugs,

Ronna

Me too Ronna! I was fifteen and a sophmore in high school and I fell down a flight of cement stairs that led to my basement...ouch!!  It bothered me for years and then was better and now that my cushion there is slowly disappearing it hurts!  lol

Yes Janet, that happens to me too, especially when I sit too long on OH reading. The padding is dissappearing and that is what causes the hurt.  I try not to sit too long.
