they say a stall is common at 60 loss and almost 3 moths but I have a question
Did you do anything to break it and what are you eating at this point. I can get fluids in and sometimes I can eat more and other times hardly anything. I need advice. I had 210 to loose, I get my protein in with drinks. It is hard to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. That is what the main board said I should be doing. I am down 60 pounds, please help. Will this ever move again, surely the weight loss isn't over yet. I walk and looking into a gym, does a gym make a big difference?

Hi there, I haven't had surgery yet so I'm no expert that is for sure, Iit ma depend on your type of surgery too, lap band or RNY., but I was at a plateau for quite a while, my nutritionist said I wasn't getting enough calories so my metabolism had shut down. Since seeing her on June 20th, I am making sure I have 1000 cal a day 3 meals, 2 snacks. My OH friends have suggested that I do what they do eat protein first, lots of water (64 oz) , and good carbs. I lost 4 lbs this week! Hope this helps, Paulette
Hey there...it is very normal to stall. You're body is adjusting and yes it will move again. It's very hard to break a stall a lot of it is just patience and continuing what you are doing. I went back to really upping only protein and cutting out my pudding snacks. Keeping my snacks to things like low fat cheese or cottage cheese. Up you water and excercise. It will happen.
