Saturday Roll Call
Good morning everyone in Lincoln Land from Cheesehead Land. We are having a great time but are sad that it is winding down. We will hopefully meet up with Donna S from the Kane Center later today. She called while she was on her way to the Dells yesterday. Dave is going to help at bingo a little later before we head into town and ride the Lower Dells Boat ride then back to the water park here at the hotel and shopping. I have a gift card for here burning a hole in my pocket. Take care. Chris and Dave

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good Morning my IL family.
Who was I kidding last night when I said that I might not make it to roll call! LOL I am sitting here at my desk eating some Special K Plus Protien cereal, the only one that sits good and keeps me full longer.
We are just waiting on Mike's sister in law to get here and then we will be off to help with moving! It's going to be a very long day I think. I am not lifting anything heavy at all, I won't risk a hernia. That would be my luck.
That's my day today!
Have a great one everyone!!

Hi my Illinois friends,
I have not been posting in a while because it has been sooo crazy around here. Between my dad and babysitting and trying to keep up the house, I have no time. I am glad to report that I have found a new love. RUNNING! I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I have. 31 pounds off makes a huge differance to your joints and knees! I have been running 1 1/2 miles a day and walking a little over 2 miles. I go July 2 for my 2nd fill. I am at a stand still, but feel wonderful. Maddie is going to take pictures of me soon and I will post them. I am glasd to see everyone doing good and enjoying there summer. We sure have! Maddie has learned to ride her bike w/ no training wheels and is growing up so fast! I'm still enjoying working in the yard and watching my flowers grow and bloom! Ryan is still working at the police dept and working alot of overtime. He just purchased a bike, so we are going to go on a family ride one of these days. I am still up in the air if I should have a garage sale in July. I have so much stuff and I could us the extra money. I took some stuff to a consingment store in Belvidere, but I only get 40% of what she sold it for. What do you guys think? I really missed not seeing all of you at Christina and Calvins party. I will make sure I make it to the next one. Pam, congrats on the size four! I can only dream!! I better get going...I am going to my girlfriends son's birthday party. Enjoy the beautiful day!
