What food can you not eat anymore with vgb surgery?

Hi, I am considering having the vertical sleeve.  I have been researching this for quite awhile now.  Is there any certain foods that anyone has found that they cannot eat at all anymore.  I know this is a total change of life and way of eating.  I guess I just wondering what foods you still can have and what you have to avoid.  All information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hey Teresa, welcome to the IL board.  I had RNY about 6 months ago, and so I really can not answer this question. You might want to try and post this question on the verticle sleeve board, as you may get more answers there. 

Hi Theresa, I can't   answer your question either, I had lapband, For me, I can eat everything, but beef. I can eat hamburger but not a peice of roast beef or a steak,  I agree with Wendi, post this question on the VS board.  I too would like to welcome you to the Illinois Board. We are all here for you.
