hijack, Amanda I too will be in Vegas this weekend for a wedding on Sat, I cant wait, What time is your flight, I am flying out of Ohare how about you?
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Lynne:
We can't answer this question for you....only YOU know.
I CAN however, tell you that it was all worth it to me in the end. I did not find the liqud diet given by my Dr. to be very difficult at all.....it seemed that I was ALWAYS drinking something. It seemed hard to get it all in at times.
Are you using broth? That seemed to help when I got tired of the same old sweet stuff.
Also, sugar free jello and popsicles were a life saver for the "chew". These were unlimited on my liquid diet, so I had a lot of them.
Hang in there........it will get better/easier.

I did ask him, he said NO then I asked about broth, NO, just protein shake and water. Right now I feel like I'm going to blow the water I just drank
.
I told him I ate a hard boiled egg Tuesday I thought he was going to shoot me. I said well I really wanted a happy meal, but I opted for the hard boiled egg. Then he said YOU had broth too.....
