Good Morning IL I am still here at ABMC, they are going to do a scope this morning to check my pouch, then we will go from there. What is going on where you are??

Hope all goes well Wendi!   Looks like rain in my neck of the woods...nothing new with me, having the EGD test tomorrown, now looking forward to it...but I guess I have to do it. Hope everyone has a good day, enjoy the weekend! Lynne

Good morning Wendi and the rest of Illinois! Wendi, I hope your tests go well and they can find the problem and fix it.  I hope you're not still in pain? It is supposed to rain here a bit this morning then clear out by this afternoon.  Tomorrow is supposed to be rain-free!  I hope so, because it is Riley's birthday and my daughter's house is a bit small for everyone to have to be indoors.  Plus, Riley LOVES to be outside. We also get to pick David up tomorrow morning from his leadership training.  I am really looking forward to seeing him.  The tragedy in Iowa makes me think about what could happen with him away from home in the wilderness.  Next week, he will be at Isle Royale National Park, which is even MORE primitive. I made the cake for Riley's party last night and tried a half yellow-half chocolate.  It looks (and smelled) pretty good, but the chocolate side rose about a half an inch higher than the yellow side.  I'm not quite sure how I am going to even it out yet.  I will fini**** this evening. Good Morning Wendi and the rest of Illinois. Wendi, I hope they are able to find out whats causing you pain. My thoughts are with you. Did everyone survive the storms last night? I sleep like a log and missed them, but DH was wakened by them, and DD in Yorkville was up all night. This morning I need to do some errands, and pick up the house. Then  go out and clean the pool. I know with the wind we had last night, it has to be loaded with debrie. We will probly head for a local dining place this evening. I thought I had picked out new colors to paint the house later this summer, but the red I chose is to, to red. I need to pick up some more samples this w/e when we stop at Menards. How is everyones world today? Hugs

Ola` IL-what a night!  I thought I'd find a pair of ruby slippers on my lawn this morning!  I have an exciting day of laundry and infusing my husband planned.  I went for my 1st day at my job Tues., and filled out my ream of paperwork and read the rules and dress code and got sent home!  The computer is still down and the office manager was leaving for vacation on Thurs., so no one to train me!  Short career huh!  I go back Monday, she said she meant to call me and tell me not to come in-I just hope when the computer situation is righted, there is a more efficient atmosphere.  Quiet w-end planned compared to last week w/my daughter's baby shower and then Lincoln's big day. He sure had a good time-he just loves life and everyone in it!  Eddie went to see one the hand surgeons Wed. and he put more gizmo's on his finger and hand.  He insists that this piece of plastic he put on his finger will make the bones grow together-but if the connective is all gone-what will join them?  Did he get his degree from Penn and Teller?  We will see what happens.  Eddie got dressed every day this week so far-that in itself is a blessing!  The grizzled in-his drawers-looks has run its' course!  All you dads have a great Fathers day and all have a great week-end-Big Hugs-Janet K P.S.-Get well Wendi-hope you get sprung soon!  Hugs-Janet K

Good Morning Wendi and Illinois,  Wendi good luck with the scope today, hope you get good news. Lynne, good luck with your scope tomorrow, you know I'll be thinking about you. Picked up the primer and paint for the master bedroom yesterday since Earl and the contractors are all done with their part. Earl is about to start putting the primer on the ceiling then I'll help with the cut in and the walls. Still undecided about  the floor...carpet or wood??? well at least I have time to figure that out.   Looks like we might get some storms here today, I hope you all have a great day! Paulette

Good Morning Illinois! I'm working from home today. I slept with the central air / ceiling fan on last night and now I can't breathe.  I feel like crap today. Wendi, I hope they figure out what's going on. Get well soon! Waiting for the rain to pop out in the south 'burbs. I was looking at the news and I saw the reports on the flooding. I'm praying that all who are affected make out okay.

Looking at a slower day today. I'm going to spend some time going over a workshop that I attended online, reviewing some of the material. I also have to write a workshop for next weekend. Then I will read and hang out here.

Tomorrow we have a graduation party for Kay's grandniece in Winnebago.
