Dr. Shayani....MIA

Hi,  I was banded by Dr. Shayani at Loyola almost 5 years ago.  I know about a year ago he moved his practice to an office in downtown Chicago.  I called the office about 2-3 months ago and they said he left their office and they have no further information on his location.  I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Galvani for an adjustment.  I still would love to find him.  I really don't want to change doctors 5 years post-op.  He is an awesome doctor!!  Does anyone know where he is at???  Thanks!!

Dr. Shayani has a practice in Hinsdale. I have the number at work and I'll PM it to you tomorrow. He will also start at St. James Olympia Fields next month.

Sorry, but I'm at home today....sick. I got the number from the switchboard at Loyola. Just tell them you need his Hinsdale office number.
