Good morning Christie and Illinois,  Each of you that are having difficulties are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm feeling a bit out of sorts today. I woke up with heartburn again...3rd a.m. in a row, I think I am either eating dinner to late (7pm last night) or sitting to much after eating dinner that my food isn't digesting. Last night I had some roast pork and broccoli salad.  I go to bed around 9:30 pm. We are supposed to meet our dear friends for lunch at Olive Garden today, she has lung cancer and has been having chemo and radiation for the past 15 months off and on. She is having a better day and wants to get out so I  don't want to cancel.  We haven't seen them in about a month. Also need to get a haircut today, my hair is getting all out of sort and with the hot muggy weather I'm in desparate need of a new haircut.  Today I tried on a new top I bought a month ago that was tight and it fits!! yippee! So even though the scale hasn't moved lately I guess there is still progress.  Have a great day you're in my thoughts and prayers. Paulette

Good Afternoon IL family!

I was moving a little slow this morning from my hips hurting last night while I was trying to sleep in Jacob's bed on a normal mattress.  My back didn't hurt at all t his morning, but my hips had complaining to do.  I had to take Tyler to weight training again today and then while he was there I ran Jacob to the store for a new mouse.....for his computer!  lol  Back to the high school to pick up Tyler and then home. 

I looked in the fridge for something for lunch and decided to throw together some things....I took left over chicken, some mushrooms, some onions and threw it in a pan over med heat, let that cook for a bit and then added a pack of Walden Farms SF Italian dressing.  Yummy!! 

I don't know what else I am doing today honestly, it's hot in the house and Mike doesn't want to turn on the air again....yuck!
