Nice to meet you!! I have been on OH for about 1-2 months now and I LOVE It!!! I just recently started coming to the Illinois  message board. I have gotten a lot of help and advice here. Its so nice to talk to nice people and talk about our food issues amoungst other things! Welcome!!!!  Dr. Rantis save my life on March 21st and now its up to me to live it!!  Talk to you soon! Jill
