Congrats on the capris!  I know how great that can feel. Good for you for joining a gym, AND getting Jacob to go too.  Can the other boys go? You are really doing great and I am proud of you!

As for the other boys going to the gym, Austyn, no he's too young and Tyler gets to start using the weight room at the high school next week for free because he's going to be in football next fall.  I think this time for Jacob and I will be good and hopefully we can get him on the right track! 

Monica Congratulations into fitting into the pants.  AND joinging the GYM....You should be very proud of doing that step, that is half our battle.  $31.00 is not bad at all.....stand your ground!

Congrats on the new size capri's! Awesome feeling to be in a new size. I'm loving the gym membership.........so  now you and Jacob can compete with each other and give each other alittle support at the gym. How cool to have an exercise buddy! Can't wait to meet you on the 21st.

Good for you!!!!!!! Exercise is part of the equation. You need it. Your son needs to see you as a role model. Frankly, I think $31 is a damn good value. My club is about 100 bucks a month. You should be proud of yourself. Nicolle
