Comments on Moroccan Chicken
I made the Moroccan Chicken with Garbanzos last night and it was really yummy. My family also liked it. I have to say that the recipe needs a bit of changing (at least if you are NOT vegetarian).
It calls for 1 pound of chicken and 2 (16 oz) cans of garbanzo beans.
I used probably 2 pounds of chicken (part of a 2.5 pound bag).
I really should have used the whole bag or 2-3 pounds of chicken and only ONE can of beans.
The spices were very nice----not too spicy and just the right amount of lemon flavor. It was a great change from boring old chicken.
