Good Morning IL, Well I am just about ready to leave for my for my Dells trip, I sure hope we have good weather for the next two day,  I washed my Cell Phone   this morning in the washer so when I get back I am going to have to see about getting a new one I can't live with out my phone, Funny years ago we did not have cell phones and now we think we can't live with out them, just like our computers, So what is going on in your little part of the world?       Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. Three roll colls in one morning........Great minds think alike! Have a great trip and don't worry about the phone.  Spend time with your friends and enjoy being out of communication for a short time. Travel safely!

Good morning Janet and Illinois! Hi Janet, Have fun at the Dells!  I would miss my computer more than my cell phone. There are days that I really don't use it. I take it with me when I go for walks and turn it off when I get back.  Today I'm going to go for a walk and hopefully miss the rain. This evening I will go to the gym to work out. I made my motel reservations last night for my visit to West Virginia. I can't wait to go! I went to Kohl's Sunday and took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free sale. I needed a few things to wear when I go away.  Today is Sue's day to become a loser like the rest of us. Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning IL family

Today is very gloomy out, we are supposed to get storms and I kinda hope we do, just the mood I am in today I guess. 

I have nothing on the adgenda for today at all.  I will work out on my elliptical this morning and then most likely work on some homework. Tonight I will take Tyler and a friend over to another friend's house for a movie night.  Then he will get a ride home from the other person's mom.  works for me if I dont' have to drive both ways...lol

Saw the NUT yesterday and learned a lot of things....hopefully it will help me get this weight loss going.  I really feel like I am losing slowly and that I will never get below 200....again I am just in a bad mood I guess today....lots of things going on around here that doesn't help at all too.

I will leave it at that, so I don't get anyone else down....

Good morning Janet and Illinois,  3 Rolls and just think no calories whoo hoo! Looks like we're in for stormy weather here. It is already muggy even though it is only 73*. I plan to work inside today, have lots to do anyway, since whenever it is nice I head outside.  I went to a support group mtg through my dietician last night. it was on menu planning. I said what's that??? Obviously I need to work on that. My usual plan is at 3pm to say what should I do with this meat I took out last night to thaw. Funny I love to cook but since we're empty nesters and trying to eat healthy I can't seem to figure it out ahead of time. My goal for the next 3 weeks it to plan meals out a week in advance. I have a sheet to write it all down and need to bring it to my next mtg. I'll be looking at all the ROD's that Berts4 posts for ideas that is for sure. Also need to space my calories out during the day instead of just eating haphazardly. Problem is I'm never hungry, so I'm not even getting in enough carbs or calories she says, so my metabolism is all screwed up. Paulette
