It's me again!  I use the Vitamin Shoppe's liquid vitamins.  It's not bad tasting and you just drink a cap full each day.  I usually do a protein shake in the morning (24g) and then I have a tablespoon of organic peanut butter (7g) as a snack at 10am and at 2pm.  For lunch and dinner I try to eat protein based foods.  So I'm getting 38g of protein from the shake and snacks and then whatever else from my lunch and dinner.  It seems to be working for me. I take Flintstones complete chewable and vitamin D. By the way I have some Vista chewable bariatric vitamins which I bought and don't use. Does anyone want them?

My dr. office uses the Caltrate 600+ calcium chewables.  I buy them over the counter and they taste great.  I was told to take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm.  So far I have not had any problems with them.  For protein I had a big problem.   I now take 1-2 Isopures daily as well as a protein bar for snack around 4 pm.  I also take a protein shake daily with either banana or strawberry added.  Breakfast is oatmeal or cream of wheat with a banana - sometimes I will make an omelette with veggies and ham diced into it. Lunch is usually a salad with chicken or tuna on top of it and cottage cheese or yogurt, and dinner is usually whatever I make my family.   I also take Biotin b/c my hair was falling out.  I cannot tolerate peanut butter as time goes on.  The more fill I have the more it gets stuck.  I am very sad about that as I LOVE pbj's and crave one often.   I have found that as time goes on my protein intake needs to change as my band is tighter.  What I could eat earlier just does not cut it now.
