My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

That is wonderful news, though I seldom have time to post, you have been in my thoughts..Congratualtions and you have a wonderful doctor that called you from home to give you the results. That is an example of a compassionate person. You have a huge weight off your mind. Enjoy the holiday and the time with your sisters. This is a chance for you to regain your spirit.
