vitamins 4 in 1- I think it was a Dave that did it

I am having trouble getting vitamins down they are gritty and the capsules make me sick and I have a hard time getting my protein and water down because I am so full. I had surgeryy April 1st and I am not at work so please send me an email to [email protected]. There was a guy that was named Dave I think that did a liquid 4 in 1 can anyone help. Most liquid vitamins have sugar in them. I was sent the info but had it on my computer at work. Thanks
