Questions for Dr Rosen patients

Do you know if he dose the  VSG ( vertical sleeve gastrectomy )  surgery ? what is the bougi(sp) size he use? and I'am a self pay how much is his charging ? how many days did you stay in the hospital?   thank you in advance .

No, he does not do that procedure. He only does RNY and the lap band. He also recently started performing the Stomafix. Have you considered going to a seminar that he has? Go to his web site for the seminar info. he has one tonight, one on the 29th, 4th and the 19th. Either of the locations are not too far from you. Either at his office on Finley or at Good Sam. Most RNY's are in the hospital 3-4 days and most bandsters go home the same day. You will have to call Barbie at the office to find out the price for self pay. I am not sure what a "bougi" is. If you were wondering on the exact size of the pouch that is something you can ask the doctor at the seminar. Dr Rosen does all his own seminars (presentation and q & a). Christine

Thank you christine I  will give them a call the reason i ask this question is because is on his profile ,the bougi os an istrument they use to mack the new stomach most Dr use a "32 " size is like 2 or 3 oz  capait .
