Good Morning Illinois We had support group last night and it was very nice to see new people there....Kathy, Gina, Kim, and Maddie (Kims daughter) BTW she was so good! Dawn made that wonderful pie again and gave me my very own! THANK YOU DAWN I did share with my parents and daughter last night! LOL They loved it too! That was very sweet of you to make me one.....Thanks I am glad to report that our Miss Lucy is starting to feel better from her WLS The naughty side is starting to show itself! Yeah! I kind of think Carol got that started.....not me this time! LOL You all have a nice day today Hoping for warmer weather soon! Hugs Pam

Good morning Pam and the rest of Illinois! You are very welcome for the pie and I am glad that your family enjoyed it too! I am of the opinion that even "normies" eat WAY too much sugar and the alternatives are delicious. We had a nice meeting last night and meeting new friends is always cool. I am working today, then either to my Aunt's to help plant flowers or straight home to get David over to school to play for the Graduation ceremony. I guess it depends on whether Todd's car gets finished today.

I am glad to see that Lucy is feeling a bit better each day. She will be back to her old self in no time!

I am thinking of all of our newbies and everyone else as I wish for warmer weather also.

My dad eats like us.....in fact he is on a thick liquid diet for the last 6 years due to some stomach illness he has so this was a treat for him too! Thank you Pam

Hi Dawn. Your pie sounds delish... I'll have to wait a while before I can work on some recipes. I'm hanging in there but the pain from the port is more than I ever thought it would be. I'm holding off on taking my pain med until I get back from the bank. I will probably do some house chores today. Only two more days until I see my cutie and sexy surgeon, Dr. Guske. Lucy

Glad Lucy is getter better. Paul, we all want the scale to zoom down. When you figure out how to make that happen, let us all know!

It's looking like a gray day today--I have to remember that once I am in the building, that it will be like every other day. I've got to get some planning done for August. It will be here before I know it. This is my busy time of year, doing all the planning for the next school year.
