First of all I got my hair cut and one of my clients told me I look "hot". Well, being older, I I was amused and tickled. No one has ever called me "hot" in any sense. And frankly I'm not convinced I could ever be hot at 64+, but I've carried the compliment around all week like a charm.

Then, I found out that I will be presenting on long term couples at the National Women's Music Festival, the oldest women's festival in the country, June 19-22 in Madison, WI! The workshop is called "Still Together After All These Years!". When I was talking to one of the board members about this workshop, I happened to mention my band surgery and she asked if I would do a discussion workshop on that in addition to the other one. I said "sure!". In fact my doc is in Madison and I am going to ask the office for some handouts.

I love to do this kind of stuff and many many of the regular festie goers know me because I have been active for years, so I really will look different this year!

I'd say that this is a WOW moment....Hot Connie!!! I bet you did feel good hearing that compliment! And now you get to speak to those people along with speaking about your lap band on the side! I think that is so great! Pam
