Welcome to a great group of ladies and gents Suzie!! how exciting to be on the road to a new you! Do you have an actual date yet? You don't need luck, but you will need support and that is what we do here! We try to get together once in a while for that too and just to hang out whether you are pre or post op. It's fun!

      Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
